Bren Mar Park Elementary School
Our safe and convenient Bren Mar Park neighborhood is located inside the Capital Beltway between the western border of the City of Alexandria and in close proximity to major interstate highways; I-95, I-395 and I-495. Our community is only minutes from the Van Dorn Metro Station, Landmark Mall and Kingstown. Metro express bus service to the Pentagon and other location such as the newly constructed DOD complex at Seminary Road & I-395 makes it an ideal place to live. Regular Metro and Fairfax Connector bus services are also offered throughout the community helping make Bren Mar Park a "close in community" that is convenient, safe, and a desirable place to call home.

Hey neighbors... I am inviting you to join a (free) Bren Mar network that is endorsed by National Association of Town Watch (National Night Out people). The ONLY people who can participate in this site are Bren Mar residents. I have drawn a map that indicates all of the houses within the community. I need to sign up 9 more interested parties to make this site permanent. This is something we've talked about for years (an email/call list) and I think this is a golden opportunity. Why not try it? Remember, ONLY Bren Mar residents can become members.

Community Clean-Up Day - Saturday, May 12, 2012
Thank you to all of the great volunteers who have helped our community with their time and "strong arms" in keeping our neighborhood cleaner. As usual, special thanks to the great people who have showed up year after year and to those who devoted their time during their initial Clean-Up Day. Thanks to Fairfax County for helping us dispose of our unwanted trash!
